Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, has extended his congratulations to the Christian community on the occasion of Christmas.

In a message published on his Facebook page, Deputy Prime Minister Talabani said: “On the occasion of Christmas and the approaching New Year, I warmly congratulate my Christian citizens.”

He added: “I wish our people and all of humanity a year filled with peace, unity and development. Christmas is a celebration of peace and love. Let us work together to uphold these values.”
