Dana Gas Resumes Production at Khor Mor Following Attack

Dana Gas, the UAE-based energy company, has announced that gas production at the Khor Mor field in Sulaymaniyah Governorate has returned to normal following an attack on the site last week.

The company stated that production was able to resume after security measures were reinforced by both the Kurdistan Regional Government and federal authorities.

In a statement, Dana Gas reaffirmed its commitment to the safety of its employees and to ensuring a reliable supply of electricity and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to residents across the Kurdistan Region.

The resumption of operations marks a crucial step in maintaining the region’s energy stability, as the Khor Mor field remains a key contributor to domestic power supply and gas distribution.
