PUK and UNAMI Discuss Preparations for November Elections

Rizgar Haji Hama, Head of the Patriotic  Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Elections Bureau, received Dr Amir Arain, Head of the Electoral Support Team at the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), at the Political Bureau headquarters in Erbil.

The meeting focused on the ongoing preparations for the forthcoming parliamentary elections, scheduled to take place on 11 November 2025.

Both sides underlined the importance of conducting transparent and fair elections, stressing that all political parties must adhere to the regulations and instructions issued by the Independent High Electoral Commission.
