Qubad Talabani, member of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and Head of the Secretariat Bureau of President Mam Jalal, extended his congratulations to PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani on his election as President of the Social Democratic Alliance in the Arab World (SDAAW).

Qubad Talabani's message to President Bafel Jalal Talabani said:
