PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani's meeting with the Secretary-General of the Jordanian Social Demo

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), received Dr Falah al-Jbour, Secretary-General of the Jordanian Social Democratic Party (SDP), at the PUK Political Bureau headquarters in Sulaymaniyah.

The meeting, attended by Shalaw Kosrat Rasul, Dr Khasraw Gull and Saadi Pire, members of the PUK Political Bureau, focused on the long-standing relations between the Kurdistan Region and Jordan, with both sides stressing the importance of further strengthening these historical ties.

Dr Jbour congratulated President Talabani on his recent election as President of the Socialist Democratic Alliance in the Arab World (SDAAW). He also expressed his delight at visiting Sulaymaniyah, highlighting the influential legacy of President Mam Jalal in fostering stability and coexistence across the region.
