CTG, ICTS, and Coalition Forces Conduct Sweep Operation to Eliminate Terrorist Remnants in Zinana

In a statement to PUKMEDIA, the General Directorate of the Counter-Terrorism Group announced that a large-scale sweep operation was carried out in the Zinana Town, Garmian Administration in coordination with the Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service (ICTS) and Global Coalition forces.

The CTG stated that, as part of ongoing efforts to combat terrorism and safeguard regional security, its forces, in partnership with the ICTS and Coalition forces, conducted a comprehensive sweep operation in the Zinana Town.

The operation aims to clear the area of terrorist group remnants and prevent any attempts at reorganization and resurgence, with several suspicious locations being searched.

This operation is part of the security forces' long-term strategy to maintain regional stability and security and prevent any subversive attempts by terrorists.
