Female Doctor from Sulaymaniyah Wins First Place in Iraq's Arab Board

A female doctor from Sulaymaniyah won top place in Iraq's Arab Board of Radiology and Ultrasound.

According to a press statement from the General Directorate of Health in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, "Dr. Lanja Dilshad, an Arab Board student and doctor at the Sulaymaniyah Health Directorate, achieved first place in Iraq in the speciality of Radiology and Ultrasound."

The statement further explained: "During the past year and in the same speciality, the Sulaymaniyah Centre was the only one in all Arab countries that had a 100% success rate, and three doctors from Sulaymaniyah were among the first."

According to the released statement, "these successes are evidence that the educational level at the Sulaymaniyah Centre for Radiology and Ultrasound is exceedingly high, and its students in the Kurdish, Arab, and Iraqi boards achieve first place, and this is a source of pride for the city of Sulaymaniyah and the General Directorate of Health in the governorate."
