Al-Sudani Arrives in Erbil to Hold Talks With Government Officials

Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani Arrives in Erbil.

Federal Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' al-Sudani arrived in the Kurdistan Region today, Wednesday, to engage in discussions on a range of key issues. 

An informed source told PUKMEDIA that Prime Minister al-Sudani arrived in Erbil to meet with government officials. He is also expected to visit Sulaymaniyah, where he will meet with Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan. 

The source further explained that during his visit, the Prime Minister will address several important political and economic matters, including the resumption of oil exports from the Kurdistan Region, as well as issues related to salaries, the budget, and the general population census. 

Additionally, the Prime Minister will discuss with officials in the Kurdistan Region the outcomes of the Kurdistan Parliament elections and the formation of the new Kurdistan Regional Government.
