PUK President: I Will Respond to Them in Erbil Tomorrow

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) List 129 will have its seventh and final campaign rally in Erbil on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani will deliver a new message, as he indicated during the Garmian rally: "In Erbil, I will respond to those who ask me what we will end." He also asserted during Duhok rally: "I will respond to those who ask me what we will end tomorrow."

PUK 129 Spokesperson Karwan Gazneyi announced in a statement that PUK 129 will hold its 7th and final campaign rally for the sixth term of Kurdistan parliamentary elections on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 3 pm (local time).

He further stated that the rally will take place in the Kurdistan Region's capital Erbil.

PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani will deliver a speech to the citizens of the capital Erbil, the PUK supporters, and all citizens of the Kurdistan Region, according to the statement.

Previously, PUK 129 conducted campaign rallies in Sulaymaniyah, Halabja, Koya, Garmian & Raparin regions, and Duhok.

The sixth term of the Kurdistan parliamentary elections is scheduled to take place on October 20, 2024. The PUK is contesting with PUK List 129 and 172 candidates under the slogans "Correcting the Course of Governance" and "We Will End It."
