Qubad Talabani extends his congratulations to the University of Sulaymaniyah for achieving the top ranking among universities in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

Talabani said in his message: "Achieving first place among all Iraqi universities is a significant source of pride and sovereignty for both Sulaymaniyah University and the city of Sulaymaniyah."

He added: "I extend my gratitude to the university's leadership and all the dedicated teachers and cherished students of Sulaymaniyah University; you have made us proud."
