Ayhan Saeed: Another Lawsuit Will be Filed Against Badinan Prisoners

The Representative of the Badinan Prisoners issued a statement to alert the Kurdistan Region's authorities, international representatives, and UNAMI about a new legal process and further lawsuits being initiated against the Badinan Prisoners.

"A new legal complaint has been filed against Omed Baroshki, Mullah Shvan Saeed, Hariwan Issa, Ayaz Karam, and Dr. Amer Mazuri," Ayhan Saeed, the representative of Badinan Prisoners, stated in a document obtained by PUKMEDIA.

Saeed announced on March 1, 2024, that if new cases are reopened against the released Badinan Prisoners' and  the non-released prisoners, Sherwan Sherwani, Qaraman Shukri, they will pursue legal action in Iraq's federal and foreign courts.
