PUK Hopes for the End of War in Palestine to Restore Peace and Save Civilians

Ambassador Nadhmi Hazouri of Palestine cordially received Dara Khailany, head of the Foreign Relations Board of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), during his visit to the Palestinian Consulate in Erbil. 

Emad Farhadi and Chro Sabir, both of the Relations Bureau, were in attendance at the meeting, where they discussed the current situation in Palestine and the surrounding region. 

Khailany stated, "The PUK is always in favour of a peaceful and diplomatic resolution reached through negotiation and discussion to restore peace to the region and protect the lives and property of innocent people." 

"The Kurdish people, who have endured several tragedies and misfortunes throughout history, are aware of how tough the situation is. We want this horrific war to end as soon as possible so that peace and security can return to the area," he added.

The ambassador emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between the two countries and expressed gratitude for the visit.
