Qubad Talabani announces completion of reform in company registration procedure

Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, announced the completion of a reform in company registration procedures in the Kurdistan Region.

"I'm happy to announce that the reform of the company registration procedure in the Kurdistan Region has been successfully completed," Qubad Talabani said in a statement.

His statement says that businesses and entrepreneurs can now register their businesses in one day, for a small fee, and in just one visit, thanks to a new online system and changes to rules, regulations, and procedures. 

The Prime Minister's Office and other relevant parties collaborated on this process, which he described as "a significant step in promoting the private sector, one of our government's top goals, and will aid in creating more job opportunities."

"We pledged to make it easier for businesses to form, and we did it today," he added.
