The three Kurdish Region presidencies extend their best wishes to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) on the occasion of its 48th anniversary of foundation. This includes the PUK's president, members of the Political Bureau and Leadership Council, and all members, cadres, and supporters.

Kurdistan Parliament Speaker: PUK is a steadfast supporter of achieving equality and justice

Dr. Rewaz Fayaq, Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament, congratulated the PUK on its founding anniversary.

Rewaz Fayaq stated: "As the PUK has always represented patriotism and resistance to secure the legal rights of our people, it currently upholds the same torch and is a steadfast supporter of achieving equality and justice for public welfare and service."

Kurdistan Region President: May this anniversary serve to strengthen the PUK and KDP

Kurdish Regional President Nichirvan Barzani congratulated Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) President Bafel Jalal Talabani on the organization's 48th anniversary.

PUK President Bafel Jalal Talabani received a phone call of congratulations from KRG President Nechirvan Barzani, who also extended his best wishes to the PUK's Political Bureau, Leadership Council, and all cadres.

May this anniversary strengthen political party unity and cooperation, particularly between the PUK and KDP, said Barzani.  

Prime Minister: I hope that all political forces would cooperate

On the occasion of the PUK's 48th anniversary of its founding, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region Masrour Barzani congratulated the PUK's leadership, members, and supporters.

"I hope that all political forces will work together in this situation, accept their historical responsibilities, and pledge to act in the nation's best interests, both now and in the future," he said.
