Both Karwan Gaznay, an MP in the Kurdistan parliament, and Luqman Wardi, the deputy chairman of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) faction, strongly condemned the statement made by Masrour Barzani's office, the prime minister of the 9th cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

In an article published in PUKMEDIA, the deputy chairman of the PUK faction in the Kurdistan parliament stated: "The level of the prime minister's office's statement is so low that it resembles the defamatory and slanderous language of their shadow media."

"It turned out that the level of writing in the prime minister's office is at the level of his spokesperson's words, which do not take into account any customs of statehood, administration, or ranks and are written in such a short breath that it reinforces the fact that it is not easy to work with the prime minister and his colleagues as a team," said Wardi.

The 9th cabinet is full of espionage and dictatorship
Karwan Gaznay, a member of the PUK faction in the Kurdistan parliament, stated in an article published by PUKMEDIA: "The 9th cabinet is a paranoid security cabinet and is full of the mentality of espionage, intimidation, and it creates the ground for dictatorship, self-imposition, and killing; all of these killings, beatings, and attacks are the result of the administration's mentality."

"Both in terms of administration and communication, this cabinet has utterly failed," he continued. "The current language used by the government, the prime minister's office, and his spokesperson is a low-grade grammatical language and an ignorant expression from the civil war."
If these are the words of the Prime Minister!
On April 26, Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani issued a statement on behalf of his office. His words were always caustic, inciting hostility and defaming individuals.

Gaznay wrote: "If these are the words of the prime minister at the highest level of government, there is no hope for the country's development."

"Apart from the injustice, corruption, bureaucracy, lawlessness, lack of transparency, looting, intimidation, and starvation policies, all ministries, departments, and joints of government have suffered paralysis and collapse," he added. "With all due respect to those who have shown loyalty, all officials of the places mentioned above only play the role of employees who carry out daily tasks, nothing more,"

"In this cabinet, Masrour Barzani makes the decisions, Omed Sabah writes them down, Rebar Ahmad implements them, and Jutyar Adel (Mohammed Saeed Sahaf) delivers them," he continued.
Salaries should not be mixed with political conflicts
Samir Hawrami, the spokesperson for Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, told PUKMEDIA: "We have asked for addressing the salary issue of Sulaymaniyah, then talk about the return of the PUK team to the government meetings, as salaries should not be tangled with political conflicts."

"The demands of the PUK are public demands; the major demand of the PUK is to make salaries a sovereign issue in the Kurdistan Region because salaries cannot be delivered in one governorate without simultaneously being provided in another governorate or region," stated Hawrami.
