President Bafel: the Constitution should be the decisive factor in all issues

President Bafel welcomes Jamal al-Karboli at Dabashan

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), received Jamal al-Karboli, Head of the United Coalition of Anbar, and several other coalition political figures.

Shalaw Kosrat Rasul attended the meeting, which addressed the most recent political developments and underlined the importance of ongoing coordination and cooperation for the success of political processes, the carrying out of government projects for reform, and the provision of more services. 

The meeting also highlighted the development of long-standing relationships between the two parties, particularly concerning the political figures and forces from Anbar, which has a strong political foundation.

Moreover, President Bafel Jalal Talabani addressed the nation's political situation and recent events, saying: "We must keep working to find a radical and permanent solution, and the Constitution should be the decisive factor in all issues."
