Darbaz Kosrat Rasul meets with Rosie Cave in Erbil

Darbaz Kosrat Rasul, a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan's (PUK) Political Bureau Executive Board received Rosy Cave, British Consul General, in Erbil.
