Iraq announces 4,015 new cases of Covid-19, 4 death case

The Iraqi Ministry of Health confirmed 4,015 new coronavirus cases on Friday, raising the total number to 2,425,731 in the country.

The ministry also said that 4 death case was confirmed from the virus during the day, bringing the death toll to 25,284.

3,234 patients recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 2,363,654 in Iraq, the ministry added.

The new cases were recorded after 12,407 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours.

The ministry also said that the total number of citizens who received the coronavirus vaccine has reached 10,952,728 citizens.
