Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, extended congratulations to Tom Barrack on his appointment as U.S. President Donald Trump’s Special Envoy to Iraq.

"I congratulate Mr. Tom Barrack on his appointment as President Trump’s Special Envoy to Iraq," Talabani said a post on X.
