Iraqi oil prices recorded a slight increase on Saturday during trading on the global market, according to market data.
Basra Medium crude rose to $61.20 per barrel, while Basra Heavy crude reached $58.68 per barrel, with both grades posting a marginal increase of 0.15 per cent.
In contrast, global oil benchmarks declined. Brent crude fell to $60.64 per barrel, marking a decrease of 1.61 per cent, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude dropped to $56.74 per barrel, down 1.60 per cent.
The mixed performance highlights diverging movements between Iraqi crude prices and broader global oil markets.
