Student who killed the two Salahaddin University lecturers arrested in Erbil

The student who killed the two Salahaddin University lecturers was arrested by security forces.

PUKmedia reporter in Erbil said that the student who killed Dr. Kawan Ismail, Dean of the College of Law,  Dr. Idris Izzat Hamakhan, lecturer of the College of Engineering, was arrested near the Mala Omar security checkpoint in Erbil.

The student injured a security guard at the Salahaddin University and later he shot the dean of the College of Law, Dr. Kawan Ismail who died from his injuries. 

The body of Dr. Idris Izzet Hamakhan, a lecturer at the College of Engineering, was also found with gunshots on him at his neighbor's house. He was trying to escape being shot so he ran to his neighbor's house. read more
