Nearly 140,000 tourists arrived in Erbil during Eid al-Fitr holiday

The Erbil Tourism Directorate announced the number of tourists arriving in the province during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

The Directorate of Tourism in Erbil Governorate on Thursday announced that "it received more than 138 thousand tourists during the days of Eid Al-Fitr from inside and outside Iraq."

Statement added, "among the mentioned number, 8,500 foreign tourists went to Erbil."

The Directorate expressed its thanks to all the security members, for making the Eid plan success and for providing protection and security for the tourists.
