Iraq announces 300 new cases of Covid-19, 3 deaths

The Iraqi Ministry of Health confirmed 300 new coronavirus cases on Thursday, raising the total number to 2,093,436 in the country.

The Ministry also said that 3 more people died from the virus during the day, bringing the death toll to 24,154.

356 patients recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 2,064,527 in Iraq, the ministry added.

The new cases were recorded after 13,234 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours.

The ministry also said that the total number of citizens who received the coronavirus vaccine has reached 8,531,055 citizens.
