Muhsin Ali Akbar, former head of PUK's Organization Center dies after struggling with illness

The veteran Peshmerga "Muhsin Ali Akbar," the former official of the Khanaqin Organizations Center of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), passed away on Wednesday night.

Khanaqin Organization Center offers condolences on the departure of Muhsin Ali Akbar 

Khanaqin Organization Center said in a statement:

With great sorrow, the leader and the veteran Peshmerga "Mr. Muhsin Ali Akbar," the former head of the PUK's Organizations Center in Khanaqin, passed away a short while ago after struggling with illness. On this unpleasant occasion, we renew our condolences.

Bafel Talabani: He was the symbol of a loyal Peshmerga for Kurds

Bafel Talabani offered his condolences on the death of Muhsin Ali Akbar in a statement:

We extend our deepest condolences and sincere on the occasion of the departure of the leader and veteran Peshmerga of the PUK and our people, Muhsin Ali Akbar.

He was a symbol of a loyal Peshmerga for the people and the land of Kurdistan as he engaged in the struggle at the beginning of his youth as a leader and a Peshmerga and persevered in performing his duties in the PUK and the Peshmerga with sincerity and dedication.

On this painful occasion, we extend our deepest condolences to the family of the late, his companions, and the people of Khanaqin.

Qubad Talabani: Muhsin Ali Akbar inspired people with his articles

Qubad Talabani, KRG's Deputy Prime Minister, sent his condolences on the departure of the veteran Peshmerga Muhsin Ali Akbar.

Qubad Talabani said in a statement:

With great sorrow, we received the news of the departure of the veteran Peshmerga of our people and PUK, Muhsin Ali Akbar. On this painful occasion, I offer you my condolences and share your sorrows.

The late was a Peshmerga and a PUK figure of the new revolution and the days of the difficult struggle, and he had a role in the publication of the Al-Sharara and Al-Nahj newspapers, as well as inspiring people with his articles about the new revolution on the radio.

The late was a jurist, a leader, a Peshmerga, a journalist, a parliamentarian, and a minister, and he assumed many duties and responsibilities within the PUK, in Slemani, Sharazur, and Garmian. God dwells him in Heaven, and may God grant everyone patience and solace.
