A member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Leadership Council states that the unbalanced and unstable political environment in Kurdistan is a result of the autocratic rule of law.

Autocracy in decision-making has disrupted the Kurdistan Region's political situation
"The political situation in Kurdistan has reached an unbalanced and unstable level as a result of terrible authoritarian governance," said Faisal Karim Khan Bradosti, a member of PUK's Leadership Council, to PUKMEDIA.

"Naturally, Kurdistan will not benefit from such authoritarian rule, and we have complete faith in the actions of the PUK team, our team leader, and dear brother Mr. Qubad in this difficult period. He will handle this scenario with patience and wisdom in the best interests of the public," he added.
There will be major consequences if autocracy is not ended
Bradosti further stated, "Despite our firm conviction in dialogue as a means of understanding and resolving differences, we believe that if this autocracy is not ended, the consequences would be quite unpleasant, and the adverse impacts will progressively become more obvious."

The Leadership Council member restated their support for the initiatives taken by Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani and his team, saying, "We are confident that they can best represent the views of the entire PUK and the Kurdish people."
