A wounded woman in head found in Al-Hol Camp

The Internal Security Forces in Al-Hol camp found a Syrian woman with gunshot wounds, bringing the number of people injured in the camp since the beginning of this year to 14, while the number of those killed reached 24.

Al-Hol district of Al-Hasakah canton reported that the Internal Security Forces recently found a Syrian woman with gunshot wounds in the head, after she was subjected to an attempted murder, in the sector designated for the Syrian camp residents.

According to the camp administration, the injured woman, who is from the Syrian city of Aleppo, was transferred to a hospital.

The number of people injured in similar incidents with motives of murder rises to 14, between women and men, since the beginning of this year, while the number of those killed reached 24 people with the latest killing case yesterday in the camp.

Al-Hol camp is considered one of the most dangerous camps in the world, as it includes the families of the most extremist ISIS mercenaries, "Syrians, Iraqis, foreigners", especially those who arrived in the camp in February 2019 during the Al-Jazira Storm campaign against the last strongholds ISIS mercenaries in the town of Al-Baghouz.

The camp consists of 9 sectors, according to the records of the camp administration until the date of preparing this report, includes 56 thousand and 97 people, including 29 thousand and 152 persons, who hold Iraqi citizenship; Among youth, men, women and children within 7,791 families.

The number of Syrians reaches 18,863 people, including youth, men, women and children, among 4,998 families.

While the number of women and children of foreign ISIS mercenaries reaches 8,109 people, among 2,416 families, of 54 foreign nationalities, they live in an isolated sector, which is the ninth sector known as the "migrant sector".
