Council of Representatives' Emergency session has started

The emergency session of the Council of Representatives began on Thursday.
An MP of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan bloc, Karwan Yarwais in the Council of Representatives, told PUKmedia that the session started a while ago, after completing the quorum.
"The Kurdistan Democratic Party and Sovereignty blocs are attending the session," he added.
