Foreign martial art fighters stand face to face at Sulaymaniyah Fight Week Festival

Slemani is scheduled to host the Sulaymaniyah Fight Week Festival which is being held in collaboration between Kurdistan Sports Center and the World Budo-Do Federation.
After organizing several MMA, boxing, Sanda, and other events, the Kurdistan Sports Center- an independent sports center that has several teams- in collaboration with the World Budo-Do Federation organized a martial arts festival where athletes from different countries are currently training to participate.
The festival, which is scheduled to be held from July 15 to 18 in Slemani, will feature players from Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Afghanistan, Morocco, Lebanon, Syria, and Iran, as well as Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
The athletes play MMA, boxing, K1, Sanda, Muay Thai, Grappling, and Kyokushinkai.
Women athletes are also participating in the festival and will be fighting for the winner belt.
