27th graduation ceremony of Zakho Military College

On Thursday morning, the 27th graduation ceremony of Zakho Military College is held in the presence of the President of Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, and Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani.
The number of graduating students reached 499, as they assumed the rank of second lieutenant and later served in military departments and institutions.
