Qubad Talabani says there is no honor in killing women

Qubad Talabani, KRG's Deputy Prime Minister, showed his support for Department for Combating Violence Against Women.

The message of Qubad Talabani said: 

Today I went to lend my full support to the entire Department for Combating Violence Against women and Family team and their new director, Fenik. They are doing amazing work to combat violence against women.

I call on our society as a whole: Religious leaders, Judges, tribal elders, employees, doctors, professors, students, politicians, everyone, to support them in their mission.

Eradicating the scourge of violence against women requires all segments of society, and we ALL need to do more.

There is no honor in killing women.
