Training course held to develop PUK journalists' capabilities

Within the framework of the GK TV channel's efforts to develop the capabilities of their journalists and media workers, a training course was held for a number of journalists working for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK).

During the course, media coach and expert Hiwa Osman explained the types of writing and covering news in a modern way, reports, as well as the difference between media and social media and their effects on the understanding of the audience, and many other topics. 

In a special statement to PUKmedia, Hawre Aziz, the supervisor of the course, said: "This is not the first and final step, the PUK's media office has plans to make changes within the subjects of its media and for this purpose, the party will keep updating its cadres through many experts in the field of media, courses, and workshops." 

At the end of the course, Stran Abdullah, head of the PUK's media office, visited the course and offered the support of his office to all changes in the media work and called the media workers to use the new international standards in working.
