Iraq announces 316 new cases of Covid-19, 2 deaths

The Iraqi Ministry of Health confirmed 316 new coronavirus cases on Saturday, raising the total number to 2,096,806 in the country.
The Ministry also said that 2 more people died from the virus during the day, bringing the death toll to 24,200.
180 patients recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 2,067,134 in Iraq, the ministry added.
The new cases were recorded after 7,923 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that the total number of citizens who received the coronavirus vaccine has reached 8,645,877 citizens.
