Iraq announces 182 new cases of Covid-19, 9 deaths

The Iraqi Ministry of Health confirmed 182 new coronavirus cases on Saturday, raising the total number to 2,090,208 in the country.

The Ministry also said that 9 more people died from the virus during the day, bringing the death toll to 24,051.

480 patients recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 2,059,474 in Iraq, the ministry added.

The new cases were recorded after 11,063 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours.

The ministry also said that the total number of citizens who received the coronavirus vaccine has reached 8,204,829 citizens.
