More than one million doses of anti-Coronavirus vaccine arrive in Iraq

On Saturday, the Iraqi Ministry of Health announced the arrival of new shipments of the anti-Coronavirus vaccine.
The ministry stated, "The General Company for Marketing Medicines and Medical Supplies announced the arrival of a new shipment of the vaccine against Coronavirus, produced by the Pfizer Company, through the UNICEF-organised Kovacs facility," noting that "the number of vaccines that arrived through Baghdad International Airport amounted to one million and 239,030 doses".
The General Company for Marketing Drugs and Medical Supplies confirmed that "the shipments were distributed to all vaccination and exchange outlets throughout Baghdad and the governorates, including the Kurdistan Region."
