Four years later, Paris Saint-Germain have sent shockwaves through world football again. Having signed Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in 2017, they went one better this past summer by landing Lionel Messi.

Now, this Wednesday night, the three could line up together for the first time, with Mbappe's future having hung over the club while the transfer window was still open.

"I'll have to add to the excitement of seeing the three together, I've given in to the requests of the football world," joked Mauricio Pochettino, hinting that the three are set to start in PSG's XI when they face Club Brugge in the Champions League.

In 2017, Unai Emery was able to have an attacking line of Mbappe, Edinson Cavani and Neymar, which was a brilliant combination even though the Uruguayan and Brazilian had their differences.

Another fearsome frontline that could compete with that MCN was Real Madrid's BBC of Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo. They combined for 430 goals and led Real Madrid to four Champions League trophies. Barcelona's MSN of Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar is, of course, another. An argument could also be made for Liverpool's MSF of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.

PSG's MCN trio were unable to win the Champions League in their three seasons together, and this MNM will be hoping to do what the club have been unable to do so far and conquer Europe this season.
